For MINI, we redesigned their online vehicle configurator tool to make it responsive and fully functioning on mobile. Car shoppers can now build, save, and share up to 10 million possible configurations using their mobile devices.
The redesign also makes it easier for users to upgrade/modify packages and also resolve any package conflicts.
For AMG Funds, we redesigned their website to optimize the fund shopping experience for financial advisors. With the new, responsive website, users can quickly search for and filter products, learn about fund managers, and discover complimentary products. Users can also access research and insights from AMG Funds and it's affiliates.
We designed a tool for MINIUSA.com that helps car shoppers less familiar with the MINI brand find the best model and trim that suits their needs. Users answer a quick series of questions to get their recommended vehicle.
To define the backend logic of the tool, we did in-person interviews with MINI dealers to better understand how they determine which vehicle to recommend to customers. During the design phase, user testing was conducted and refinements were made to get to the final product.

Today, the world’s largest public charity is a donor advised fund program started by Fidelity. Customers donate to the charity online and then recommend how the money is used to support charitable causes. The existing online customer experience was complex and dated, so our job was to redesign it so that it would “inspire to give simply.”
After a fast initial prototyping phase, we built a fully responsive site that streamlines the granting process for existing customers and provides easy access to their giving history and analytics. We also conducted an insightful usability study, and created a rich informative marketing site for prospective customers.
For Carbonite we redesigned their website to appeal to the SMB market. To do this, we built industry-specific pages that spoke specifically to their needs through case studies. We also streamlined the navigation as well as the purchase flow to increase conversions.

Ram Commercial Right Van for the Job
For the launch of Ram Commercial's ProMaster van, we created an experience that highlights the versatility of the new vehicle. Through both video, and CG animation, the experience demonstrates the van's features through the lens of 6 different trades — roofer, plumber, delivery, drywall, painter and HVAC.

Ram Trucks & Ram Commercial
For model year 2014, we overhauled the RamTrucks.com website, including significant improvements to the global navigation, and overall structure of the homepage, vehicle landing pages, and feature pages. We also integrated their commercial offerings into the RamTrucks.com brand site to create a more seamless and robust Ram Commercial experience.
For the video game publisher, Activision, we redesigned the Call of Duty ELITE website to promote the new features for the service. Highlights to the redesign included a sticky navigation on the features page.

For Sunglass Hut, we designed and launched enhancements to their ecommerce site. Improvements to the site included global and faceted navigation, homepage, product catalog, suggestive search, editiorial features and customer care area. We also designed a virtual try-on feature that allows customers to "virtually" try sunglasses at home using their webcam.

We redesigned the LensCrafters website, overhauling their navigation to utilize mega dropdowns and a power footer. Other highlights include revamping the product catalog to include more robust faceted navigation functionality, as well as adding compare functionality. We also created "Find Your Look" a tool, an interactive experience that gives customers frames and lens recommendations based on their face shape, style and lens needs.
